Transition Coaching

Do you need a transition coach? Please click here?

Coaching is a word which has been used for many years. Athletes use them. Business people use them. And now, individuals with the desire to accomplish changes and overcome transitions are also working with personal coaches in order to utilize meaningful tools in order to get empowered and find purpose and meaning in life.  We know that our lives are filled with changes and transitions that at times are not easy to face or to overcome. What about if you have a personal coach that every week would motivate you and provide you with resources to move on in your transition and make meaningful changes in your life?  Being a coach is working with the person in their own worldview. You bring your reality, I can help you transform it.

I offer different programs. We can work on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. The choice is yours. We can do it by phone or in person. I offer different programs based on your personal needs.

Life is beautiful…at times it is difficult…but it all depends on our attitude and our thoughts how we live our lives. Let’s live fully and let’s leave a legacy of meaning and inspiration.

*Because at times it is difficult to meet in person I also offer my services by phone or instant messenger. Please contact me to see which of these possibilities works best for you.

Grief Counseling

Grief is a necessary process that occurs when we experience a loss or hardship. People generally try to ignore their grief and pretend like if nothing has happened but inside of themselves they are hurting. If this pain is not acknowledged and recognized it stays with us preventing us to move on with our lives. We all endure losses but we can also transform these losses into a growing experience. This should be the first stage when facing a loss. Let’s don’t forget that the first principle is to accept the loss in our lives. We need to embrace the pain, release it and continue in our path.
